The Energy You Bring Into the New Year

As we prepare to turn the page to a brand-new year, one truth becomes clear:

The energy you bring into the new year matters more than any resolution you write down.

2025 was a year of contrasts. For some, it meant growth, new projects, and bold steps forward. For others, it brought unexpected challenges, quiet struggles, or emotional turning points. But no matter how it unfolded for you, this year has something to teach—if you're willing to listen.

I often say we don’t just live through a year—we’re shaped by it.

By what we did.
By what we faced.
By what we let go of.

That’s why this moment isn’t just about closing a chapter.
It’s about setting the tone for the next one.

Because it’s not just the goals we set that define our future—
It’s the mindset we carry.
The attitude we choose.
And the inner motivation that fuels us.

What is Motitud?

Motitud is the powerful blend of personal motivation, positive attitude, and a growth mindset.

It’s not about toxic positivity.
It’s not about pretending everything is fine.

It’s about showing up with intention, even when things feel uncertain.
It’s about leading yourself forward—especially when the path isn’t clear.

And December is the perfect time to reconnect with that.

This season invites reflection—but also vision.
It asks us to pause—but also to prepare.
To look at who we’ve become—and who we want to be next.

What 2025 Taught Us

If 2025 taught us anything, it’s this:

  • We don’t control the pace of the world—
but we can choose the pace of our thoughts.
  • We can’t predict every challenge—
but we can strengthen how we respond.
  • We can’t always lead others—
but we can always lead ourselves.

And when we lead ourselves with Motitud, we bring:

  • Clarity where there is noise
  • Resilience where there is pressure
  • Inspiration where there is fear

A Thought to Carry With You

Before you rush into 2026, take a moment to breathe.
To reflect. To recalibrate.

Ask yourself:

  • What version of me do I want to strengthen next year?
  • What energy do I want to bring into every room I walk into?
  • What will I no longer carry with me?

And remember this:

You don’t have to be perfect to start strong.
You just need to be intentional.

Final Message

Close this year with gratitude, not regrets.
Step into the next one with clarity, not pressure.
And lead with Motitud—because your mindset is the foundation of everything you will create.

Here’s to a year of purpose, growth, and conscious leadership.

The future is yours to shape.

Shohei Ohtani and the Redefinition of Performance — On the Field and Beyond

Every generation has an athlete who doesn’t just play the game, they transform it.

For baseball, that moment arrived under the bright lights of Los Angeles, Miami or Toronto, on those unforgettable nights when Shohei Ohtani changed everything.

The Nights That Changed Baseball

There are games that make history, and then there are nights that redefine it.
In 2025, Shohei Ohtani turned ordinary scorecards into something eternal.

It began with a season for the ages -the first in Major League Baseball history to combine 50 home runs and 50 stolen bases in a single campaign- a fusion of power and agility that few had even dared to imagine. Power and precision. Speed and strategy. A harmony of attributes the sport had never before seen in one player.

But it was that night in October when baseball crossed into a new era.

In Game 4 of the National League Championship Series, Ohtani delivered a performance that defied logic: six shutout innings, ten strikeouts, and three home runsNo player —not Ruth, not Mays, not Bonds— had ever dominated both sides of the game in such total fashion.

It wasn’t just a display of talent. It was a revelation.
That night became a symbol of what modern performance could be - complete, fearless, and limitless.

And then came Game 3 of the World Series.
Ohtani reached base nine times, a postseason record: two doubles, two home runs, and five walks — four of them intentional. His presence alone reshaped the game. The opposing pitchers weren’t just facing a player; they were facing inevitability.

Those nights, luminous, historic and almost surreal, reminded the world why we watch sports at all.
Not simply to see who wins, but to witness what’s possible.

And to top it all off, Shohei Ohtani was announced as the 2025 National League MVP, earning it unanimously and marking his second straight NL MVP and the fourth MVP of his career. He and Aaron Judge also made history together — becoming the first pair of players to win MVP awards in their respective leagues in back-to-back seasons.

Beyond Numbers: The Essence of Performance

Baseball loves numbers: averages, percentages, milestones. 500 home runs. 3,000 hits. A 30-30 season. It is a love affair as old as the game itself.

But in 2025, Ohtani’s brilliance transcended the arithmetic. He achieved something beyond numbers: a synthesis of power and grace that turned statistics into story.

What we saw on those nights was not just execution — it was expression.
He transformed performance into art: the rhythm of his swing, the calm of his wind-up, the focus in his eyes.

There is a human truth behind every record he broke: performance, at its highest level, is not about pressure; it’s about presence.

Ohtani showed us that joy and excellence are not opposites; they are partners.
You can be focused and free, disciplined and delighted, relentless and radiant -all at once.

That’s not just baseball. That’s mastery.

From Specialization to Integration

For more than a century, baseball has celebrated specialists.
Pitchers pitched. Hitters hit. Runners ran. Each lived in a narrow lane of expertise.

Then came Ohtani.

He erased those lanes and built a new road -one that connects every aspect of performance.
He became living proof that greatness doesn’t come from doing one thing well, but from integrating multiple strengths into one complete expression of excellence.

The same is true in life and leadership.
We no longer live in a world that rewards specialization alone.

Today’s leaders -like Ohtani on the field- must blend strategy with empathy, precision with creativity, execution with inspiration.

Those nights were more than performances; they were revelations.
They revealed a new understanding of excellence; one built not on specialization, but on integration.

The Mindset Behind the Magic

What made those nights unforgettable wasn’t just the numbers — it was Ohtani’s mindset.
He played with the calm intensity of a master and the joy of a beginner.

After his record-breaking game, he smiled quietly and said he was just “grateful to be healthy and competing.” That humility —in the midst of greatness— reveals the foundation of his success: a blend of preparation, focus, gratitude, and unshakable purpose.

Ohtani’s composure reminds us that true performance doesn’t come from chasing results; it comes from aligning your craft, your mindset, and your heart.
He doesn’t just play the game — he honors it.

And that, more than any stat, is what makes him extraordinary.

Lessons from the Diamond

Ohtani reminds us that greatness is not one-dimensional; it’s the ability to blend skills, adapt to context, and perform under pressure with grace and confidence. That’s not just a baseball lesson; it’s a life lesson.

From this unforgettable season and those astonishing nights come timeless insights that reach far beyond the diamond:

  • Versatility Wins. Adaptability is the currency of the future. Ohtani thrives because he’s more than one kind of player — and in life, we succeed when we become more than one kind of professional.
  • Integration Over Isolation. Excellence is no longer about depth alone but about connection — combining strengths into something greater.
  • Passion Sustains Discipline. He plays with joy, and that joy fuels consistency. When you love what you do, effort becomes energy.
  • Impact Over Output. Four intentional walks in one World Series game — that’s not just fear; it’s respect. In leadership, the greatest measure of impact is how your presence changes the environment around you.
  • Purpose Beyond Borders. Ohtani bridges Japan and the U.S., East and West. His excellence reminds us that greatness has no accent — it speaks the universal language of performance.

A New Philosophy of Excellence

The nights that changed baseball were more than moments of triumph — they were lessons in transformation.

Ohtani reminds us that performance isn’t about doing more; it’s about being more. It’s about bringing all of yourself —skill, heart, and spirit— to whatever field you stand on.

He teaches us that the future of excellence lies not in specialization, but in symphony, in the ability to blend strengths harmoniously, pursue greatness without losing joy, and let your work become your art.

Baseball will never be the same again.
And maybe, neither will we.

Because in Shohei Ohtani’s story — in those luminous nights when the game itself evolved — we are reminded of something timeless: that true performance is the place where purpose, preparation, and passion finally meet.

Shohei Ohtani didn’t just have the nights that changed baseball — he gave us a new vision of what human performance can be. And now, with his fourth MVP award, he stands as the new standard of excellence itself: complete, joyful, and limitless.

Developing Olympic Athletes in your Organization

The Olympics represent the highest level sports athletes from all countries can achieve. The large number of events, the variety of disciplines, the effort required and the complex preparation that athletes have carried out is embodied the opening day of this magnificent event.

And behind every athlete there is a team in different areas that targets new goals, together, and works towards winning an Olympic medal.

In many of these sport disciplines we will see athletes competing individually; at the same time, we will see competition where only the best teams reach the final. Is your team ready to win an Olympic medal?

Olympic athletes not only have a great determination; they also have great persistence, willpower, define their vision and have decided to develop their skills to the maximum level in order to achieve their true potential. These are just some of the ideas that define a great athlete. And our job within our companies is to create new real 'Corporate Athletes'.

“The battles that count aren't the ones for gold medals.
The struggles within yourself - the invisible, inevitable battles inside all of us – that's where it's at.
- Jesse Owens, Olympic Medalist

Successful athletes have some characteristics, including: they train until they cannot train anymore, think positive and understand adversity as they arrive to success. When Olympic winners are asked about their mood, physical preparation and the journey to the top, they define their experience in a different way. Leaders are formed with character, discipline, example and inspiration. These Olympian winners are mostly leaders in their specialties.

Among the qualities that define an Olympic winner I can suggest five traits that characterize them:
  1. They are resilient, as they have improved for their failures and mistakes and know that there is something to learn from everything;
  2. They Understand teamwork, because they know they have a large number of people with them  all the time;
  3. They have a great interest in what they do, and know that everything involves planning, time, dedication and patience;
  4.  They have a great passion, since the intensity of competition makes them becoming stronger, with much fortitude and giving 200% of what they can give;
  5.  They are happy, because the attitude should be positive and we all know joy is contagious.

The experience of an Olympic athlete leads them to create positive habits, set increasingly demanding goals, define their own levels of productivity, achieve peak performance and develop great competitive abilities. All this is summarized in the qualities of an Olympic athlete:

  • They have strong personal motivation;
  • They continuously increase the level of their mental energy;
  • They focus on achieving peak performance.

In doing so they focus on what they really want to achieve.

As we watch the Olympic and Paralympic Games in Rio 2016, we will understand that not only the effort and dedication are important for success, whether a medal in the race of 100 meters or in the 200 meters swimming backstroke or in beach volleyball; also a large number of complex strategies – which are the basis of our goals - will also be required. It is the continuous development of skills with great determination that makes a true Olympic athlete and legend; and if we bring this concept to our companies, the same skill and leadership development programs will create our corporate athletes as our companies embarks in a transforming 'continuous learning' process.

Our corporate teams are made up of individual athletes (our co-workers) and they are the ones who become corporate athletes. And these athletes, in each of our organizations, are those who share our vision, set challenging goals, increase productivity, work in teams and in many ways are always looking for ways that allow them to peak performance.

How do we know if our team is ready to win a medal at the Corporate Olympic reality we play every day? Look for these traits in your team members and develop a program to have a winning team: develop the leaders of your organization by creating excellent corporate Olympians; and begin to design and from your winning strategy for 2017!

Learning is Life in itself: And a Business Performance Coach is always Learning!

There is not a single day in which I do not learn something. It can be from a course, a class, my kids, a client, a video seminar, a conference, a live event, a podcast, a radio show; you name it. And this has been one of those amazing weeks.

I have done all of the activities I have mentioned above; and besides that, today I started a three-day training session at the FocalPoint Coaching training headquarters in San Diego, CA. It is very simple: never stop learning and embrace learning (as a speaker yesterday told a group of 150+ authors that gathered in Los Angeles: you will do it anyways whether you like it or not!).

This week alone (which for me started last Sunday), started by attending a TEDx talk, reading a book about coloring your business, being invited as a guest to a financial radio show, listened to a friend’s podcast on strategy, learned from my oldest kid about generating ideas, worked with few of my clients - thanks to the new technology -, had an amazing Episode of my Radio Show 'Performing at Your Best: Mindset Evolution' and was present at the 2015 Book Extravaganza and EIPPY Award Ceremony in LA; all in one week. You see, 'You learn from all of these different activities, and from the people you meet, form the messages that you hear, from the training you give and receive, and from the experiences you listened form strangers who now become your friends. It is a never ending and a continuous process, combined together. Does it make sense? I have to say: Yes!

Today I also learned from business friends and colleagues I had the pleasure to see again after a year and being with them in meetings all morning or for lunch. So you see; learning is about growth, about potential, and future. Learning is about creating a new vision that will allow you to see from a different perspective. Learning is Life in itself!

And as for my coaching side, there is always a new learning process. I had not been back in San Diego for over a year now and what will I be doing form today until Sunday is being trained by the best performance coaches on how to continue to be a better business coach and now in the new incredible programs at FocalPoint Corporate Trainig. And it does wonders for our clients and for us. I have called it my S2SLM! my Sunday2Sunday Learning Marathon! And you can have one as well. Just prepare it and take it as it does wonders to your Mind.

So what does a Business Performance Coach does when he is not coaching, mentoring or creating ideas? We are learning, learning and learning. It is the only way to be ahead in the game; it is the only way to better help our clients, our colleagues and our community to grow, constantly and achieve ther goals faster.

So next time you ask your coach: 'what have you been up to lately?' Do not be surprised if the answer is LEARNING!

When Last Becomes First

When Last Becomes First
By Bob Burg

Law #3, The Law of Influence, from John David Mann’s and my book, The Go-Giver, says that “Your influence is directly proportional to how abundantly you place other people’s interest first. Please understand, from being self-sacrificial, it’s actually the key to building successful business and personal relationships.

Recently, I cam across the following quote from one of my heroes, High Point University President, Dr. Nido Qubein:
“People who invariably put themselves first will find that others tend to put them last.”

True, isn’t it? The more we focus on ourselves the less others focus on us. The more we focus on others, the more they focus on us. In his classic, The Science of Getting Rich, Wallace D. Wattles touched on this as the natural principle that “action and reaction are always equal and in opposite directions.”

As you place your focus on the interests of others and constantly ask yourself how you can add value to them (again, this includes business and personal relationships) you’ll find they tend to do the same. Or, in today’s lingo, “right back at ya’!”

The question some will have, however, is, “but what if they don’t? What if they’re just the ‘selfish’ type who cares only about themselves?”

Sometimes, it doesn’t matter. If, for whatever reason, the benefits of the relationship (business or personal) are worth it to you, then no need to change anything. Just be aware and watch your back.  So long as both parties benefit, carry on.

Or, depending upon the unique circumstances and the type of relationship, you have choices including, but not limited to:
  • Continue to focus on them believing that they are simply in the growth process. You can gently and tactfully coach them along, as well. Some will get it and grow into it.
  • Immediately remove yourself from their life and influence. You don’t need to be mean or nasty about it or even verbalize it. What if circumstances dictate you’re not being able to sever all ties. That’s okay. Stay classy. Always treat them with respect. However, you won’t be emotionally involved in the relationship.
Most people though will indeed respond as you set the frame.
To paraphrase Dr. Qubein, put them first and they’ll tend to put you first.

Life is good.

An Entrepreneurial trip to ARMONIA

I can describe my trip to Oaxaca, Mexico earlier this year as a "Magical" life changing experience. Being part of the entrepreneurial team that went to visit ARMONIA near the mountains of Oaxaca was an inspiration. Representing the National Association of Experts, Writers and Speakers as well as the International Entrepreneur Foundation I felt that it was an honor, an incredible learning experience as well as a new big responsibility.

ARMONIA is the life work of Dr. Saul Cruz, who saw poverty not as the lack of money but as the lack of opportunity. Being in Oaxaca I felt that experience with energy and passion, learning that there is so much we can do - individually and as a group - to change poverty, inequality and unfairness in many parts of the world.  Having had the chance to travel with 3-time Emmy Award winning Director Nick Nanton and his team, as well as other members of these incredible organizations, allowed me to learn, develop as a person, make new friends and see the world from a different perspective.

Being from Venezuela I am confronted with many issues in my daily life: scarcity, insecurity, hyper-inflation and an increase also in the country's poverty rate; but it happens in many countries as well. Thus, this new and bigger responsibility comes from understanding really what poverty is: discrimination of any kind, the lack of vision, little or no opportunities, no education and having no future. When you add the lack of money, it turns into misery.

Travelling with a group of incredible entrepreneurs from all over the world to Mexico, to have the chance to make a difference onto others, allowed me to grow personally and also see my business in a different way. This is why I am now looking for new ideas and insights that will create new opportunities for others to prosper and have a better future. And being a part of the Celebrity Films crew that created an amazing documentary also called ARMONIA, and becoming one of its Executive Producers was something I had never dream of; and something I will always be grateful for. If you want to see the documentary trailer please visit the following link

If you want to help the ARMONIA idea and project grow, please contact me at coachluis@luisvicentegarcia.com

I then would invite anyone who wants to change their lives and also the lives of so many other people, who are in need of guidance, inspiration and motivation, to do something different, to see new ways to help people and to envision new ideas to change the world. And if you have the opportunity to go on a trip like this one, I can assure you it will be the trip of your entrepreneurial career, a life changing event and an emotional connection with the people you will be helping for years to come.

It’s time to go Back to Work!

Well, summer is over and with autumn just approaching, we might remember the feeling of going back to the classroom. We can all recall the feelings of anticipation that come with the start of the new school year. Going back to school each fall, we experienced a change in mindset and reset our focus after the long summer days.

How can you keep this attitude working for you in your professional career?

Now is the Time to Learn Something New

The most successful individuals and entrepreneurs are constantly reading, attending seminars, engaging with mentors, and exposing themselves to new ideas and opportunities. Bolstering your knowledge in your field and improving your leadership skills can enhance your career and give you an edge. The extra contacts that continuing education provides are also beneficial in today’s competitive market.

What about Goals?

Are you 66% of the way to accomplishing the goals you set for 2015? The next 4 months are the prime time to make progress toward your year-end goals.

What is next?

Plan the last four months of the year; work on your goals; review your Team and their activities. See and visualize where you want to end the 2015 year so that you start to get ready for 2016. Have you thought of your strategic plan and the actions and steps you will have to follow in order to reach your goal?

As a FocalPoint Business Coach (powered by Brian Tracy) I do this for many clients in several countries, working hand in hand with them, guiding their teams, pushing their limits, stablishing goals and developing a coaching program that will take them to new levels of performance.

Reaching 70,000 visitors on 'Motivando El Futuro'

I have been writing for years now. First on finance and franchising during the 90's to management and leadership today.

I started writing in Spanish, my native language. Over time I wrote in a second language, English, as I was invited in 202 to collaborate with a chapter for my first English book, 'Dare to Succeed', which featured Jack Canfield and many other international business leaders; and just three years later I have written for seven books and over a hundred articles that have been published in many magazines, journals and newsletters.

It just shows us that we can achieve anything we want, even in other languages or other fields. Just decide and act on it.

And I am writing about this as we are very happy, having reached the 70,000th visitor to my Spanish blog on Personal Motivation and Positive Attitude which is called 'Motivando El Futuro' (www.motivandoelfuturo.com). Please visit it and scam though it, even if you are not fluent in  Spanish. It is highly recommended.

In my 15 years as a writer I have to say you learn t enjoy the writing and the sharing of the messages. And specially when after so many years you have people commenting on a subject you touched upon some time ago. I invite you to do what you like, what you enjoy, see your passion, follow your dreams. It will be the beginning of something new and who knows, new opportunities will arise.

Thanks to the 70,000 people who have read my Motivando El Futuro Blog these past five years; I have sure enjoyed the ride.

To your success

Our Business is entering the second semester of 2015: Are we prepared?

As we enter into the second semester of the year 2015, we need to understand what our business is doing in today’s market, which activities such as having better products, higher quality services and satisfying our customer’s needs we are doing. Also, we need to understand how we are doing them and how we are using our resources. It means understanding the new market trends while getting closer to our goals. Yes, we all have goals right? For those of us who have goals, keep moving forward towards them; for those who don’t, start having your own goals, create them and make them part of your daily routine.

Understanding our own business basics is today of critical importance. Business has been defined as a particular organization which encompasses all activities in the economy (primary, secondary and tertiary or more commonly named mining and agriculture, manufacturing and services). This means we buy certain goods from our suppliers and convert them into the goods and services that we and our companies provide to our customers. It provides a place for us to be creative and innovative and working to reaching our goals; one of them is that sales will be more than expenditures resulting in a profit.

Any enterprise then is that organization which is involved in the trade of goods and services to our consumers. However, regardless of your type and size of business or the industry you work in, you need to understand the basic concepts of Performance and Productivity as they will make the difference in today’s business world. And in doing so, you need to identify and use the measurements; information and metrics that come from your daily operations. Reporting figures and metrics in the right way will allow you, the manager and business owner to take the best steps and take the right decisions for your company’s future.

So are you ready to take on the second half of the year? Here are a few questions you would need to ask yourself and your team about your company’s performance:
-          How is your company in terms of revenue and profit if you compare it to the first half of 2014?
-          How far advanced are you in reaching your 2015 goals?
-          What new skills and knowledge have you developed?
-          How many more people have you met and how many new clients do you have?
-          Are you already thinking of new products or services? Or are you working on improving your current ones?

These are some of the many questions you should start asking yourself and your team and start working on making the second half of 2015 your best ever!!!

When opportunities knock on your door: becoming a VoiceAmerica Radio Host!

Sometimes you can really expect the unexpected. In my case, I have had such an amazing journey over the past six years I cannot believe it somehow.

It all started back in February 2009 when I went to my (back-then) boss and told him I was going to resign after being at the company for almost 7 years. If you could have been there with me, you would have seen his shocked face, as I was the CFO and GM of his group of companies. His first question was why? Immediately came his second question, what will you do? My answer was a simple one: I want to do something different.

How many times have you had that thought or feeling that you want to do something different? As I was not prepared to answer exactly what I would do, so for him that conversation “never existed”; well, at least on his mind as for me it was just a matter of time. In 2010 I went to become the CFO of a large multinational corporation - something we finance people of course like very much – only to have that thought come over many times until late in 2012, when I decided it was time to do the something different I wanted to do, which was helping others but was not sure how.

My fields had been corporate finance, franchising and entrepreneurship and I knew I would do some managerial and entrepreneurial related activities; and my decision was in 2013 to become a business performance coach with FocalPoint Coaching. And my life changed. I have met incredible people like Brian Tracy, Jack Canfield, Dan Sullivan, and Michael E. Gerber among many other; I am a business coach and do have my very own business coach (thank you Margaret!) as we all need to continuously improve. I write in Spanish since the late 90’s (started my blog www.motivandoelfuturo.com in 2010) and have since published two books on Franchising. And then I was invited to write a chapter for a book in English (and yes it is really very different). And after that first chapter, came another and another and I have already co-authored six books with amazing people from all over the world; and of course, soon after I started an English blog on Leadership and Entrepreneurship (which you can read at www.entrepreneurperformance.com ).

And then a few other things followed. I was invited to speak to amazing audiences in Latin America and in the US and then to appear at the America’s Premier Experts TV Show which led to other incredible opportunities, such as being invited as a guest on a few radio shows.

I never had thought that I would write books or be on radio or TV; even less was I prepared to what happened last February. I was contacted by VocieAmerica Network to have my own radio show; really? Remember that I wanted to do something different? Well, all is different but it is the same. It is my way of still helping others but now doing what I like, working on management and entrepreneurship; with business owners and empowering teams. My clients range in age, industries and geography; but they all have something in common: are looking for new ways to do things in a better way!

So what do you do when you have a dream or a thought? You act on it, make decisions, start implementing a few ideas and put your mind into making it work. All takes time; all costs more than what you expect; everything requires effort, hard work and dedication. And still

you need to find the energy to continue forward, regardless of the circumstances. You need to be constantly inspired and motivated and do that for others, as leaders inspire people and visionaries motivate everyone. It is never easy, but all is worth it.

When opportunity knocks on your door, open it; if it doesn’t knock, go out and find it.
Never say I have never done it (you will someday);
never say I do not know how to do it (go out and learn);
never say it is too difficult (even less if you have not tried).
Never say no to an opportunity, and
never back down from a chance to do some incredible act and start a new adventure.

And after four months of design, preparation, weekly conferences, and decisions and now in training, this is what I will also do starting next week. On June 2nd I will be the host of an incredible new radio show at VoiceAmerica’s Business Channel. Just the name of it might be intriguing to some: “Performing at Your Best: Mindset Evolution with Luis Vicente Garcia”.

This has been a family event: my wife and kids commenting on every single item related to the show; form the image, to the show’s name to the pictures and images. From my wife helping me to choose the right music, to my eldest son learning Photoshop and making all the show banners, to my youngest son making design suggestions (he even asked me why I included the word ‘Evolution’ on the show’s name; interesting question). And working with an executive producer for the network every week was also a first and as always, a learning experience (and of course, thank you Winston).

So I invite you to join me every Tuesday starting June 2nd at 3 pm Pacific time or 6 pm Easter time, on the new show “Performing at Your Best: Mindset Evolution with Luis Vicente Garcia” . It will be an English radio show for a native Spanish speaker; a show on Internet which might be new to many people; a show on Performance and Mindset. And at the end, it will be the new beginning of that idea to do something different. Just how different you will never know, until you try, until you start, change, adapt, and see things with a different perspective. I invite you to follow the link to the show’s page at http://www.voiceamerica.com/show/2462/performing-at-your-best-mindset-evolution-with-luis-vicente-garcia

This is what the show will be about, but it will also be about you and about me, and about business and empowerment; and about being positive, motivated and on changing our mindset. And my goal with the show is that you will also find that ‘something different’ that you want to do and take the necessary steps to start doing it. Simply said, as Brian Tracy wrote on the book The Ultimate Success Guide, a book we both co-authored, when he dedicated a copy to me:

“LUIS, YES YOU CAN!”

Here is to all of you who are doing that ‘something different’, as you are already the “Change you want to see in the World’ (Gandhi)

To Your “Motivated” Success!
